Sage (Salvia) is a Mediterranean classic with a wonderful aroma and taste. Suitable for meat, fish, sauces, and herb butter. Frost-sensitive, so protect in time. The plants bloom blue in June and July and are highly valued for their fragrance. An ancient medicinal herb.
